Structure and Objectives of the MBO Program - (Moving Business Operations between Spain and the United States)
Our MBO Program was designed to facilitate sound business relationships for companies with offices in both the US and Spain.

The program is divided in four modules that are designed to address the challenges faced by companies or managers during the implantation of a business operation in the United States or Spain.

Each module focuses on a particular implantation phase and can be discussed separately from each other depending on the needs and MBO stage of each client.

Module 1 - "Knowing Before You Land" provides a general overview of the market, geography, differences in climate, political atmosphere and other generalities.

Module 2 - "Managing Your Expatriate Needs Before and Upon Arrival " provides useful information for the quick and easy adaptation of the expatriate employee and his/her family, thus reducing downtime expenses, and increasing productivity.

Module 3 - "Developing and Adapting Marketing and Communication Strategies" discusses cultural differences and how they can impact cross cultural communication and management in the workplace.

Module 4 - "Localizing, Training and Retaining Multicultural Human Capital" continues to work specifically on those cultural differences by presenting case studies, analyzing common behaviors in a cross-cultural Spain-Us workplace, and providing tools for enhancing cross-cultural team productivity.
